- Unopened Product: If you have an unopened product you wish to return, please do so within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund. Please pay for postage on your return.
- Refund Details: We offer a 100% refund on items returned unopened within this 15-day period.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, simply email us with your order information. We’ll provide you with the next steps to ensure a hassle-free process.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or it’s not what you expected, please contact us immediately. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the item or processing a refund.
- Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
- Non-returnable items: Fresh mushrooms are not eligible for return due to change of mind. If there is an issue with your fresh mushroom order (freshness, incorrect variety, etc) please reach out so we can resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the mushrooms or processing a refund.
